PS Needs Web Designer

After Ségolène Royal's Web site was mercilessly mocked, to the point where Pierre Bergé, her mécène de service, refused to pay for it (it was designed by her boyfriend), you'd think Bertrand Delanoë would have hired a pro. Perhaps he did, but the result is rather amateurish.

Are the Socialists doomed to be Les Pieds Nickelés of politics in all departments?

Patrick Allemand and Xavier Garcia of the Alpes-Maritimes (06) seem do be doing okay.

to be factual, Pierre Bergé refused to pay for that site but offered to pay for her to develop a "real" one, since one of her points was that hers had been done "on the cheap". (Really?)
(Fantasy numbers about the cost circulated though, which were not even in the same realm as the numbers circulating for the UMP website. :p)

amateurish indeed. Delanoë's site looks like the Myspace page of someone from Perpète-les-Oies.

Did Delanoë paid over EUR 40K (to his partner's company) to get this website done?

Bertrand's site does have an amaterish touch, but not the smell of conflict of interest part...
And quite frankly, it's kind of hard to do as bad as bad as the "fête de la fraternité" wallpaper...

I clicked on Delanoe's Facebook logo at the bottom of the page. I got the message that he only shares certain information with everyone (???). Hmmm.....
