Holes in Le Bouclier Fiscal?

Many arrows have been fired at the tax shield lately. The most recent comes from the UMP: Jean-Luc Warsmann wants to remove the CRDS from the shield's protection on the grounds that repaying the national debt is a "moral obligation." Will this dart bounce off too, as its predecessors have done? For the moment Sarko is holding firm, but his party is looking shakier in the face of mounting debt.
